How long will it take to get my room E-designed?
At E-Design Interiors, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality design services that are convenient and affordable. We understand that not everyone has the time or budget to work with a traditional design firm, which is why we offer our e-design services. Once we receive all of the necessary information from you (questionnaire, payment, room sizes, photos), we will schedule a 20 min Zoom consultation so we can get to know each other and we can find out more about your project. If you miss that zoom call or do not give a 24-hour notice to cancel, that call can not be rescheduled. We offer additional zoom consultations at a rate of $75.00 per 30 mins. Those can be purchased right on our site under E-Design and are not refundable. We do not offer refunds if the entire time is not used. After that consultation, we will begin working on your design presentation. You can expect to receive the PDF file containing all of the digital boards within 1-3 weeks. How can we re-design your property without seeing it or meeting you personally?
Technology has changed the way many businesses are conducted, and interior design is no exception. Thanks to the internet, it is now possible for designers to work with clients from all over the world. At E-Design Interiors, we take advantage of this technology to provide our clients with the best possible service. To get started, we ask that you complete a client questionnaire and provide us with some photos and measurements of your space. This helps us to get a better understanding of your budget, needs, and style preferences. After we review the Client Questionnaire and other information, we schedule your 1st one on one, 20-minute zoom call. This sets us apart from other E-Design firms. We believe that just because we are not in the same city, doesn’t mean we can’t offer personalized service. We actually prefer it that way. Once we have all the information we need, we start working on a design that is sure to exceed your expectations. After you receive your final design, a 20-minute zoom review call is set up to help answer questions, review the plan and make recommendations. We are available via zoom for a 45 min session by purchasing a consultation as well.
Can some of my existing furniture pieces be incorporated in the design plan?
At E-Design Interiors, we are always thrilled to hear that our clients have their own pieces that they would like to use in their updated space. It is absolutely our earnest desire to incorporate your own purchases and special finds into the design plan. We feel that this is a hallmark of our approach to providing personalized and affordable interior makeovers. After all, your home should reflect your personal style, and we are here to help make that happen. So, don’t be shy about bringing in those items that you love. We’ll work them into the design seamlessly and create a space that you’ll love for years to come.
If I have an open floor plan and two rooms are combined, which room do I select first?
When it comes to designing open spaces, it’s important to take into account how the space will be used as a whole. Spaces that open into one another tend to feel like a single space, and it’s not possible to truly transform the look without taking into consideration everything your eye sees in its single view. In this case, we strongly suggest you purchase a design plan for both spaces. This way, you can be sure that the overall look of the spaces complements each other and flow nicely. Trust us, it’ll be worth it in the end!
Do you work within the budget given to spend on the plan you’ve designed?
Any successful design project, whether it’s transforming a room in your home or outfitting a new office space, starts with getting a clear understanding of your client’s taste, style, and, of course, budget. That’s why, at E-Design Interiors, we take the time to get to know our clients and their design goals before we start putting together a plan. Once we have a good sense of what our clients are looking for, we can begin the process of creating a custom design that fits both their needs and their budget. We understand that not everyone has unlimited resources to invest in their design project, but that doesn’t mean we can’t help them create the space of their dreams. Will I be able to purchase the items directly?

Will you make changes to my plan if I don’t like something you’ve selected?
If we’ve missed the mark on an item or two, you may send us your thoughts via email and we will provide up to three re-selections at no charge per design plan.
Once I have my plan, how am I able to ask follow-up questions?
Our E-Design process is designed to be simple and stress-free for our clients. After we deliver your final design plan, we want you to be confident in your choices and feel empowered to implement the changes. We schedule a 20-minute wrap-up zoom call to review the plan and answer any questions. If you miss that call or do not give a 24 cancellation notice, that call can not be rescheduled. However, we understand that you may still have questions about your new space. That’s why we offer additional zoom consultations at a rate of $75.00 per 30 mins. Those can be purchased right on our site under e-design and are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds if the entire time is not used. We want you to love your new space, and we’ll do whatever it takes to make sure that happens.
What happens if I wait to purchase an item, and then it’s no longer available?
The world of manufactured goods is a rapidly changing one, and there are no guarantees that the item specified today will be available six months from now. If something becomes discontinued, you can always shop for a similar item. However, we recommend that before purchasing our service, you wait until you are financially and practically ready to implement a design change. This way, you can be sure that the product you need will still be available when you’re ready to implement the plan. We offer a reselection option for $75.00 for 4 replacement pieces of the same item that can be purchased right on the site. Our goal is to get you to your goal.
Can I purchase an “E-Design Room Package” as a gift?
For sure! Our E-design room packages make fabulous housewarming gifts for new couples.
Do you offer any other services besides the “E-Design Room Package”?

To provide you with the best possible service, E-Design Interior requests that you agree to correspond strictly through online communication via email. excluding the initial zoom consult and final wrap-up zoom call. This will help to ensure that all information regarding your project is conveyed clearly and accurately. Additionally, E-Design Interiors will not be responsible for the means, methods, or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery & installation, or safety precautions in connection with the E-Design project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the E-Design project; or, for any failure of them to meet any schedule.
